We use the functional cookie weaveward_locale to remember your manual Spanish or English selection for one year. You can remove it in your browser. When you visit the root of the website, Cloudflare may provide the approximate country associated with your IP to select an initial language. This selection does not store your IP; a VPN may change the detected country. Explicit language links and your manual selection are respected.
We collect your name, email and request description; company, country, service and phone are optional. We use this information only to reply and prepare proposals, without marketing campaigns. Requests are stored in a database and notified by email. Javier Sarmiento is the only person authorized to manage these commercial requests.
Do not submit passwords, financial data, sensitive information or confidential documents through this form. Your requests are not used to train artificial intelligence models.
Providers: Hostinger hosts the application and database; Cloudflare handles DNS, proxying, security and initial language selection; Google Gmail processes notifications and correspondence. These providers may process data outside Mexico. We do not sell data or share it for marketing. Infrastructure providers may process IP addresses and technical logs to operate and protect the service, although language selection does not store visitor IPs in our contact database. We retain requests that do not lead to a contract for up to 12 months after the last contact. We review retention and deletion in both the database and mailbox; backups expire under their operational cycle. Client records follow applicable contractual and legal obligations. Immediate automatic deletion is not promised.
